Postage & Returns

Postage is FREE on nearly ALL items* 

* there are some items which still have £2.95, but we are moving towards FREE SHIPPING on ALL of our products.


We can only ship to addresses within the UK. Most of our items (especially the heavier ones) are shipped directly from our suppliers. This is called Direct Dispatch and saves the environmental impact of an item being delivered twice (once to us and then once to the customer). We are after all an environmentally friendly company!

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that some of our heavier items may have shipping surcharges. If this is the case it will be clearly displayed on the product page of your chosen item BEFORE you get to the check-out cart.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 2 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 2 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Update 2021

Since Covid-19 our suppliers now ship our items directly to our customers. As such, for large and heavy items, if these are returned within the 30 day period due to no fault at our end but simply because the customer has changed their minds, we will of course refund the customer, but only for the cost of the item itself and not the original outwards (nor return) shipping costs (as we no longer have control of these costs).
