More Than Bags ...

More Than Bags ...

... is a family run business based in the beautiful area of North Wales. A Wholesale supplier of high quality treeless paper stationery goods, every one of its products is ethically made from handmade Lokta paper, which is a 100% sustainable resource, is acid and chemical free and naturally dyed.

The company strives to provide its customers with high quality and unique products ranging from Leather Journals, notebooks, photo albums, scrap and crafting books, stationery, computer paper, gift wrap and bags. Individual and unique to the UK, this range enables retailers to offer their customers something totally different! We have dozens of plain/pattern/design options available which can be made in any colour combination. This means that ALL retailers can mix/match/create their own colour and design themes to meet the need of their own customer base be it trendy or traditional!

“The range includes journals (with or without buffalo leather binding), notebooks with batik or vegetable dyed covers, a photo album range which includes our specialist panoramic album, or more traditionally sized albums which can be provided boxed or unboxed, and much more..”

The treeless paper is hand picked in the Himalayan Mountains, and is a renewable resource due to the plant regenerating from the same root system once a percentage of the bark has been stripped: and it is widely regarded as one of the worlds’ finest papers, and we are proud to contribute to the economic development of the Himalayan region.

More Than Bags artisans in Nepal take great pride in the consistent and high quality of their production, and Mandy is certainly proud to work in close partnership with them. I have just returned from Nepal where I wanted to see the production process personally. This was extremely important to me, and I have now seen for myself that every aspect of production is made with the highest integrity by our ‘partners’ in Nepal, and that the income that it produces is making a real difference within the community there.
